  1. Not so happy with Blue. Their servers crash CONSTANTLY, their customer service is absolutely shambolic. I've been in touch over 15 times about my site constantly being down and I'm told the exact same thing every time. The server I'm on is "under maintenance" technicians are currently working on the problem and it should be back online shortly. I've been told this no less than 15 times. If they escalate your issue and generate a ticket you get told by someone else 2 days later that the server is not under maintenance at all and is working fine and as the website is now back up they can see no issue at all. This has been EXACTLY the same every single time I've contacted them.
